How to style this pretty blouse and take it from the office to an after work activity
Happy Fridayyyyy! The weekend is here and is snowing again. Who loves the snow here?
Today's post is about a question that I get asked quite often. It's also something that's common because of after work activities and/or events. How to wear an outfit to the office and style it differently for a night out???? Because I am an event planner by day, I always have events or gatherings after work, and to be honest, traveling on the subway in New York City and having to carry extra bags to change my clothes for later, is not fun. Not at all! Therefore, being able to wear some of the same pieces and just "switch it up" by adding a different bottom, like I did here, is just so much easier.
The blouse I am wearing from Pinkhouse Boutique, I absolutely love because the fabric is soft and layers well. Is graceful, sleek and polished, also loose fit, roomy. I wore it with suede skinny pants also from Pinkhouse. You can wear that style to the office and then switch it up for a mini skirt, "not your usual office proper" for a night event with knee high boots. Now let's say is Spring or Summer, huh! which I wish it was right now hahaha, wear it with pair of strappy sandals or patent pumps with the mini, works great. The blouse is a great option because the print and colors are year-round trends/prints, soooo is a money saver my friends. And let's not forget about the waist enhancer my ladies, you know I am a lover of the waist belts; being that the blouse is loose fit, you can also add a wide belt, a pair of trousers for that work conference or ready to mingle the night away.
